All products sold by Casa Foundry are covered by a comprehensive warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and ensures your satisfaction.

Warranty Terms:

All furniture purchased from Casa Foundry comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Accidents
  • Improper cleaning or care
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your furniture has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at Info@CasaFoundry.com with your original purchase receipt and photos of the defect. We will assess your claim and, if covered, arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

The Sereno is upholstered with the highest quality linen blend teddy velvet performance fabric. Not only does it look luxurious, it feels soft, and holds up better against pets than many other fabric types. It's also a breeze to clean.

Sink Into Comfort

While looks are important, we have a strict rule here; Comfort First. We used our most researched and tested foam in The Sereno. We also use solid wood for the frame. You notice our attention to detail when you sit on it.
