We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how our return process works:

Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled (if applicable), and include all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned furniture item, your refund will be processed, less shipping charges. 

Exchanges

We're happy to facilitate exchanges for eligible items.

General Return Guidelines for All Items

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
