Warranty Information

All products sold by Casa Foundry are covered by a comprehensive warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and ensures your satisfaction.

Warranty Terms:

All furniture purchased from Casa Foundry comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Accidents
  • Improper cleaning or care
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your furniture has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at Info@CasaFoundry.com with your original purchase receipt and photos of the defect. We will assess your claim and, if covered, arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

Lasting Comfort

The Modus is designed to be comfortable for years to come. The moment we tested this foam, we knew it was what we had been searching for. It also has a solid wood structure.

Washable Corduroy

We used a plush corduroy on the Modus to give it a unique look while maintaining the level of comfort we require from our designs. It's also machine washable. Just use a gentle cycle and garment bag. Do not machine dry, air dry only.
